Dubai Investments PJSC is taking a 20 per cent stake in its subsidiary DIP Holding public on the Dubai Financial Market, with the retail subscription window opening October 27 and closing November 3, 2026. Trading in the new shares is expected to begin on November 11.

The offering totals over 1.7 billion shares, split across four investor categories. Individual investors can apply for a 5 per cent tranche with a minimum ticket of Dh5,000, while professional investors are being offered a much larger 92 per cent allocation at a Dh1 million minimum, priced through a book-building process. The remaining shares are reserved for eligible employees and existing shareholders.

DIP Holding chairman Khalid Jassim Bin Kalban described the listing as "a natural next step" after 25 years of operations, while chief executive Omar AlMesmar called it an important milestone that widens the investor base behind the business.

The IPO adds to a string of listings on the DFM in recent years as Dubai pushes to deepen its capital markets and attract both institutional and retail money. For UAE residents, the Dh5,000 entry point keeps the retail tranche accessible, continuing a pattern seen in other recent Dubai share offerings that have drawn strong demand from first-time investors. Analysts tracking the DFM say the subscription period, running just over a week before the November 11 debut, gives applicants a tight but clear window to register interest ahead of the listing.
