Taste of Abu Dhabi, the capital's annual food festival, returns to Gateway Park North on Yas Island from November 13 to 15, bringing dozens of food stalls, cooking workshops and well-known international chefs to the waterfront.
Standard one-day tickets cost Dh80, with free entry for children under 12. A Taster Package at Dh185 includes two food and two drink vouchers, while a Dh350 VIP Package adds three food vouchers, four drink vouchers, fast-track entry and access to a VIP lounge.
Among this year's highlights are two dining concepts making their Abu Dhabi debut ahead of opening permanent locations in the city: 99 | Tanjun, a Japanese contemporary fine-dining concept, and La Broche by Bocuse, known for rotisserie-style classics. They will be joined by 16 pop-up stalls spanning Persian, Spanish, steakhouse, Greek, Italian, Japanese, Caribbean and Jamaican, Indian, Thai, Lebanese-Armenian and burger cuisines.
More than 20 chefs, including Gino D'Acampo, Thomas Straker and Rachel Allen, will take part in live cooking demonstrations and interactive workshops. The festival also features the Keeta Firepit for open-fire cooking, pasta-making classes at Jo's Kitschen, barista workshops by Shot Coffee, and a Candy Land kids' zone with games and craft activities for younger visitors.
