Al Rawaih Street in Dubai has been inaugurated to facilitate traffic and improve the quality of life for residents of this vast city. This recently completed project has created a 3.5-kilometer road connecting key areas such as Nad Al Hessa, Dubai International Academic City, Dubai Silicon Oasis, and Warsan 4. With this opening, travel time to Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road has significantly decreased from 10 minutes to just 4 minutes. This 60% improvement in travel time promises a more comfortable experience for over 80,000 residents by 2030. The Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has also mentioned the development of dedicated 2-kilometer cycling paths aimed at promoting healthy lifestyles and soft transportation methods. These paths not only contribute to public health but also enhance the beauty of the city. Another feature of this project is the conversion of the existing roundabout on Sheikh Zayed bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street into a signalized intersection to increase traffic safety. These developments have clearly contributed to improving traffic flow and ease of movement, and are expected to play a significant role in the mobility of residents. With these changes, Dubai is once again recognized as an advanced model in transportation and urban infrastructure. This project not only helps facilitate traffic but also enhances the quality of life for Dubai's residents.
