Dubai's Museum of the Future has launched a new recruitment drive called "Future Perfects" for its Visitor Experience team, receiving more than 20,000 applications within the first 48 hours. The campaign's website also recorded over 42,000 visits in the same period.
Those selected will join the museum when it reopens in 2027, helping visitors engage with exhibitions covering science, technology, nature, society and the future. The roles are full-time, with the museum emphasising qualities such as imagination, curiosity, emotional intelligence, warmth and adaptability over prior museum or customer-service experience.
Applications remain open until November 8, 2026, through the website Futureperfects.ae. Candidates will go through an initial assessment and shortlisting process, with finalists required to take part in live auditions in front of a panel of expert judges.
Azza AlNuaimi, Chief Operating Officer of the Museum of the Future, said the strong response in the first 48 hours reflects significant interest in the career opportunity, adding that the recruitment process is designed to recognise candidates' potential beyond their CVs. No salary or benefits figures for the roles have been disclosed.
