Everything is clean, stylish, and excellent.
Firuzeh sits on Marina Walk in Dubai Marina, close to the Dubai Marina Mall tram stop, and serves Iranian food every day from noon to midnight. Kebabs are the heart of the menu: koobideh, barg, soltani, bakhtiari, chenjeh, vaziri and the tangy kabab torsh, with mixed grills for two or four and family kebab boxes when there is a crowd to feed. Beyond the grill it cooks the dishes Iranians eat at home: dizi (including a lighter low-fat version), baghali polo with slow-cooked lamb shank or neck, sabzi polo with a whole sea bass, zereshk polo with chicken, and rice with ghormeh sabzi or gheymeh stew. Look out for Qajar tahdig, crisp bread tahdig topped with lamb and stew. Starters include kashk-e bademjan, mirza ghasemi, kookoo sabzi and kotlet, plus Shirazi salad or the house Firuzeh salad with pomegranate and walnuts. There are Persian sandwiches too, from brain and tongue to bandari sausage and olivieh. The full menu with prices is on Menoosh; to book or order, call 800 62772 or message the restaurant on WhatsApp.
