The Mill | Dubai

The Mill is a bakery and café tucked into the Seventh Heaven building in leafy Al Barari. Bread, croissants and pastries are baked on site every day, and mornings are its busiest hours. Inside it is bright and calm, with marble tables and soft pink and green tones; outside there is seating among Al Barari's gardens, and pets are welcome. Breakfast runs all day: the Mill full breakfast with eggs, mushrooms, sausage and sourdough, breakfast croissants, avocado toast, smoked salmon with poached egg, and a peanut butter and banana French toast. The deli counter adds chicken and mushroom pie, beef bourguignon pie, sausage rolls, veggie quiche, grain salads and sandwiches such as turkey and brie or peppered roast beef. The pastry case holds chocolate cake, baked ricotta cheesecake, tiramisu, Brazilian carrot cake, éclairs, brownies and cookies, with vegan and gluten-free choices. Drinks cover espresso classics, V60 and Chemex filter coffee, signature lattes, teas, matcha, fresh juices and smoothies. Prices are in AED and include VAT and service. The Mill also takes catering orders by phone or WhatsApp.
