DIP Holding, the management arm of Dubai Investments Park, has launched the UAE's first initial public offering of 2026. Parent company Dubai Investments is selling a 20 per cent stake in the firm on the Dubai Financial Market, with the subscription period running from October 27 to November 3 and trading set to begin on November 11.

The minimum investment for retail subscribers has been set at Dh5,000, with an estimated dividend yield of 7 to 8 per cent depending on final pricing. The company plans to pay annualised dividends of Dh700 million for 2026, rising to Dh725 million in 2027 and Dh750 million in 2028.

DIP Holding operates across industrial, commercial and residential segments, serving close to 1,000 tenants and more than 150,000 residents within Dubai Investments Park.

Analysts view the listing as a signal of renewed confidence in Dubai's capital markets at a time when IPO activity across the wider Middle East and Africa region has slowed sharply. Companies in the region raised just $2.3 billion through share sales in the first nine months of 2026, a drop of 79 per cent year-on-year.

Market observers say a successful debut could pave the way for more companies to list on the Dubai Financial Market in the coming months, reinforcing investor appetite, both local and international, for UAE equities.
