Dubai-based developer Deyaar reported a 27 percent rise in profit before tax for the first nine months of 2026, reaching Dh541.5 million, up from Dh425.7 million in the same period last year. Revenue also grew 5 percent, climbing from Dh1.45 billion to Dh1.52 billion. Deyaar's profit margin widened significantly to 35.6 percent from 29.4 percent, reflecting improved operational efficiency. The developer handed over more than 2,100 residential units across its Dubai communities during the period.
Deyaar CEO Saeed Mohammed Al Qatami said: "Deyaar's performance in the first nine months of 2026 is built on delivery." He added: "Our ambition is for Deyaar to enter 2027 not simply larger, but stronger."
The results suggest Dubai's property developers continue to post strong profitability even as prices rise, with large handover volumes supporting revenue growth across the sector.
