Dubai Land Department (DLD) announced it will host the fourth edition of its "Real Estate Day for Emirati Employment" on Thursday, October 29, at the Address Sky View Hotel in Dubai. The event is organised in partnership with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council (Nafis), and the Emirati Human Resources Development Council in Dubai.

The initiative is designed to create direct engagement between Emirati jobseekers and companies operating in the real estate sector. Students, graduates and jobseekers attending the event will be able to explore available positions, understand role requirements, and learn about long-term career pathways within the industry. the broader Real Estate Empowerment Programme, of which this event is part, has helped generate more than 2,100 employment opportunities for UAE nationals since 2023, through collaboration between government entities supporting Emiratisation and private-sector real estate firms.

Officials said the goal remains to expand employment opportunities for Emirati citizens and strengthen their participation across the real estate sector's many disciplines. The event's fourth consecutive edition reflects Dubai's continued effort to align the sector's rapid growth with national Emiratisation targets, a priority that has featured prominently in the UAE's economic policy in recent years.
