Dubizzle says the new booking flow is limited to licensed, professionally managed properties, a choice meant to improve transparency for guests and ensure listings comply with UAE short-term rental regulations. The country continues to draw large numbers of tourists, business travellers, remote workers and long-stay visitors, all contributing to rising demand for short-term accommodation outside traditional hotels.
