PRYPCO Blocks, a digital fractional property ownership platform, is pushing to change how people think about investing in Dubai real estate with a new campaign called "Habba Habba." The platform lets individuals buy a stake in managed rental units across Dubai for as little as Dh500, earning monthly income proportional to their investment.
The service operates fully under the regulation of the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) and is accessible to investors from more than 200 countries, meaning people anywhere in the world can gain exposure to Dubai's property market without needing to be physically present or commit large upfront capital. The products on offer have also been certified by a Sharia supervisory board, making them suitable for investors seeking Sharia-compliant options.
The "Habba Habba" campaign name reflects the platform's core pitch: property ownership no longer requires years of saving or a heavy mortgage, but can instead be built up gradually, piece by piece. The push comes as Dubai's real estate market continues to post strong transaction volumes and attract a growing base of new investors this year.
Fractional property ownership has gained traction in global markets in recent years, but rolling it out in Dubai's booming, officially regulated market could open a new path for smaller investors into a sector that has traditionally been dominated by large buyers.
