Tabeer Developments has completed handover of 48 Parkside, a Dh250 million residential project in Dubai's Arjan district, delivered within a 24-month timeframe. The development offers one, two and three-bedroom residences, with amenities including a rooftop infinity pool, a children's pool, a gym, sauna and steam room. Interiors feature Italian marble finishes and European appliances, alongside integrated smart home technology throughout the units.
Founded in 2014 and restructured under its current brand since 2020, Tabeer Developments is led by Chairman Naveed Godil and Managing Director Arsalan Pirani. Commenting on the handover, Pirani said the project demonstrates the company's operational capability to deliver luxury homes, integrated smart technology and world-class amenities exactly as promised to buyers.
The developer currently has several other projects under construction, including Parkside Boulevard in the same Arjan area, as well as 99 Park Place and 368 Park Lane in Jumeirah Village Circle. Company leadership has also pointed to an unnamed, larger flagship development still in planning, which they describe as set to become Tabeer's biggest project to date. The handover comes as Dubai's real estate market continues to see a steady stream of new residential supply and sustained investor interest across its fast-growing communities.
