According to the announcement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Tourism, and Commerce of Dubai, Dubai has increased the number of international visitors by 3 percent year-on-year in the first three months of 2025, reaching 5.31 million out of a total of 31 million. The city attracted 18.7 million international tourists in 2024, marking a 9 percent annual increase. Western Europe was the largest source market for Dubai, with 1.15 million visitors, accounting for 22 percent of the overall share, followed by the CIS and Eastern Europe with 891,000 (17 percent) and the GCC with 772,000 visitors (15 percent).
