Bharna is a traditional Emirati-style seafood restaurant whose Dubai branch sits beside the Grand Service Station on Tripoli Street in Al Warqa 4. The name means "our sea" in Arabic, and the group also runs branches in Umm Suqeim, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. The kitchen is built around grilled and fried fish and shellfish, usually served with rice, salad and sauce. Hammour, safi and king fish come grilled or fried, alongside local favourites such as fish majboos, shrimp and fish biryani, Emirati maleh and shark jasheed cooked with local oil. Large mixed seafood trays, made for two people up to a table of twelve, combine fish, prawns, squid and mussels for family meals and gatherings. Seafood soups, tabbouleh and fattoush, seafood pasta and noodles, and seafood baskets in cajun or coconut sauce round out the menu. Menu prices include 5% VAT. Delivery is available, and the restaurant also takes orders through food delivery apps and caters for events. Call ahead to confirm opening hours.
