Drawing on more than two decades of culinary experience and her deep Iranian roots, Ariana brings the authentic flavors of her homeland to Dubai's most iconic resort. Her childhood in Iran, shaped by farming and home-cooked meals, laid the foundation for a culinary philosophy built on warmth, tradition and generosity. Behind the scenes, a professional team of twenty chefs, led by a Turkish head chef, works to bring Persian cuisine to life with world-class precision. The menu features an array of cold mezze such as mast o khiar (yogurt and cucumber salad) and Shirazi salad, alongside hot mezze including crispy lamb-stuffed sambuseh and kashk e bademjoon (eggplant and whey dip).
